One of Those Really Special Ignite Mornings
What a wonderful morning we shared on Wednesday with the incredible Kim Wilcke from Keep in Mind Financial Coaching.
Kim really is one of a kind, and we are so grateful to have her in our member circle. Thank you, Kim, for so generously donating your time and sharing your knowledge and experience with us. What you gave everyone in that room today was incredibly valuable, and we are so grateful for you.
Kim brought together a collection of information that most of us don’t even realise we need until we’re faced with one of life’s biggest moments. Often we’re trying to find it while grieving or navigating huge change, or we simply haven’t dealt with it at all and leave our loved ones to work it out when we’re gone.
It can be deep and potentially scary stuff, but Kim delivered it with so much warmth, patience and understanding that somehow it all felt manageable. We left feeling informed, empowered and ready to actually start making some of those big life decisions.
The conversations in the room were meaningful and honest. Women shared their own experiences and realised they weren’t alone in many of them. We learnt so much from Kim, but also from each other. There were questions, ideas, shared experiences and plenty of learning moments.
Kim also provided us with beautiful workbooks to begin getting our own “life admin” in order. To make some of those decisions now, feel more organised and prepared, and importantly, make things a little easier for the people we love when one day they have to navigate life without us.
And in true Ignite style, amongst all that learning there was still plenty of time to connect over an early breakfast, hot drinks and a good chat, with the sun rising in the background and, thankfully, the heater on!
We genuinely want to see people discover what Kim is creating with Keep in Mind Financial Coaching. It feels like the kind of service people all over the country would be searching for. How lucky are we to have this wonderful woman right here in the North West!
Thank you to our committee for bringing the morning together, to our members who got up early to join us, and to our two guests who felt the Ignite connection so genuinely that by tonight, they were joining us as members too! We love that so much.
There really is something about bringing women together in a space where they feel comfortable enough to open up, share their experiences, ask questions and learn from one another. The connections, the open hearts and the confidence that comes from that are what Ignite is all about.
We took so much from this morning.
We love this community and everything that continues to grow from it.
