About the event
Our much loved Annual Wellness Day is back! This is your chance to step away from the busyness, soak up the beauty of being right by the water and dedicate a whole day to YOU.
Here’s what’s included in our wellness day together:
Begin the morning with either a refreshing cold water immersion or a calming barefoot coastal walk. Both are designed to ground you in nature, awaken your senses and set the tone for the day ahead. Warm showers will be available straight after.
Settle in with a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy a beautiful spread of sweet + savoury treats while connecting with each other.
Kellie + Abbey from The Health Nut will guide us through simple, practical ways to support everyday wellbeing, along with a product demo on the benefits and use of castor oil for women.
